Dues & Installment Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
To ensure the success of the Jefferson Family Reunion 2025, all attendees are required to contribute financially to cover expenses such as venue fees, catering, event materials, and reunion gear. These contributions, referred to as "dues," must be paid according to the terms outlined below.
2. Payment Structure
Each family unit or individual is responsible for paying reunion dues in installments or as a one-time payment. The installment breakdown is as follows:
Full Payment Option: One-time payment of $100 (Adults - 13and up) ; $75 (Youth-5-12) ; $30 (Kids 3-5); Free for under 3 and over 85
due by July 01, 2026 with Free T-Shirt (No t shirt for under 5yo) Free T shirt for over 85yo. Fees also include a Swag Bag and Various Park Amenities including parking while in attandance.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made using the following methods:

4. Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Requests for full refunds must be submitted before September 15th
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Payments: After July 15th 2026 all payments are non-refundable, as event costs will already be allocated.
5. Financial Hardship Considerations
If a family member is experiencing financial difficulty but wishes to attend, they may confidentially request assistance or an alternative payment plan by contacting jeffersonfamilyreunion2025@gmail.com
8. Agreement
By submitting a payment, all participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. These terms ensure fairness, accountability, and the successful planning of the Jefferson Family Reunion 2026.
